Q: Canon C700 – Final Cut Pro X – How much longer do we have to wait???
“The Canon C700 has been around long enough now that importing footage into Final Cut Pro X should be a given. I am perplexed that footage can be imported into Adobe Premiere and Resolve with no problems for the past couple of months but still no word at all from Apple when Final Cut Pro X will import the cameras footage. Surely this is such a basic request? I don’t think Final Cut Pro X can import 12 bit footage of any kind. This is a serious shortcoming and a major disappointment.”
